PB | Perfectly Basics

We’re an online shop for women – mostly created by women – and offer a high-end collection of fashion, accessories, and home & beauty products. In the area of online shopping, we’re somewhat pioneering, because back in 2006 we were one of the first to sell clothes fully online. Shopping with us means coming back – that’s our goal. That’s why all orders are packaged as a gift to yourself and a lot of time is put into elaborate product descriptions, quality photography and a high level of customer service.

Shopping consciously is our goal

· Our product descriptions are handwritten by our Editors who examine every garment up close for the most accurate fabric description and measurements. 

· Every item is shown with a selection of thirteen photographs from different angles, on different models with differing styling options, so you have a clear idea of the drape of a garment.

· We spend extra time on styling to inspire with different ways of wearing and combining.

· All our photos are in high resolution so you can zoom in and see all the details. 

Our Filosophy

Shopping consciously is also top of mind with our buying team, who focus on diversity within our collections, but buy stocks in smaller size ranges. So, you might notice that some items sell out quickly, but this is our way of preventing waste. When we still have left-over stocks after a sale, we never discard or destroy clothes. We’re always looking for ways to put left-over stocks to good use, and recently donated a pile to Dress for Success: a non-profit organization that helps people that live on minimum wage with an outfit they feel great in; for when they go on a job interview for instance.

This power duo is the driving force behind PB, that first saw daylight from their home attic, with a selection that merely consisted of quality basic T-shirts in black and white. Over the years, PB has grown rapidly thanks to the vision of Birgit and Peter on high-quality clothes and online shopping. Today, we’re not just the online spot where you shop your best basics, but also the place for all your essentials. Because perfect essentials are the foundation of every wardrobe.
