• All purchases can be returned or exchanged. You can return items if they are intact and in the original package within 14 days after the initial date of purchase.
• You are solely responsible for the costs of the return and shipping. Any underpaid postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend you to send the package with a traceable mail. Packages sent without a traceable mail is at your own risk. Go to your local post office for more information.
• After receiving your order you have 14 days to fit and review your purchases. Within this time you also have the opportunity to return any items. In order to receive a refund we expect the item to be clean, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging inc. labels and hang-tags. By this we mean that the product should show no sign of spots or stains, and that the labels show no sign of use or attempt of removal. All products are thoroughly inspected on arrival, and items that do not meet our requirements might not be refundable.
• When we have received and inspected your return package you will receive the refund within 30 days. The amount will be transferred to the bank account you filled in on the return form.
• Sale products may also be returned or exchanged.
• In some cases a fee may be charged or deducted on your refund:
- On items that are not, where reasonably possible, in original condition or packaging.
- On items that have obviously been worn over a longer time.
