Within the Netherlands: As soon as the transaction for your order has been successfully completed*, we strive to dispatch your order the same day. You should receive the parcel within max. 2 days. E.g: If you place an order with a successful payment on workdays before 15.00, you can expect the package to be delivered the next day.

Within Europe: As soon as the transaction for your order has been successfully completed, we strive to dispatch your order to UPS the same day. You should receive your parcel approximately within 3 to 5 working days.

Deliveries outside Europe: As soon as the transaction for your order has been successfully completed, we strive to dispatch your order to UPS the same day. You should receive your parcel approximately within 5 to 10 working days.

Note: We also provide you with the option of delivering to a different address than your home address.

* In the Netherlands you can also choose to pay cash (reimbursement) directly to the postman. In this case the parcel will be send before the order is paid.
