SHIPPING COSTS
Different countries have different rules and delivery costs. We use TNT Postal Service for our shipments. Click here for a list of countries where we ship our products. If your country is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
DIGITAL INVOICING
Since November 2009, we do no longer send printed invoices along with our orders. In our experience they are often immediately discarded, and with our "Digital Invoice", we, as an E-shop, also want to save the forest by using a lot less paper. You can check the last 5 orders (if you are logged in) at PerfectlyBasics ®.nl through the button at the top of, e.g., the 'Homepage' called: Digital invoices , where you can open and, of course, print out the invoices.

EXCHANGING/RETURNING
To report a return or an exchange, fill out our return form at Perfectly Basics ®. After filling out the form you will automatically receive a return-number which you can specify on the return package for quick administrative processing. The costs for sending the return package are at one's own expense, sending the exchange item is part of our service. If you are logged in, the form will automatically fill in the fields.
REPORTING A COMPLAINT
Our team will give it their utmost best to provide you with quick and good service. If you still have a complaint, inform us as quickly as possible. You can send an email through the contact form. Describe the complaint carefully and indicate, if appropriate, the order number, the customer number and purchase date, and you will receive an answer within 7 working days about the settlement of your complaint. In case you are not familiar with Perfectly Basics®, or on-line shopping, we have explained the entire procedure in our 'ordering step-by-step' page (currently only in Dutch).
